EvolvetoGrowParticipant1. The “related products” and “you may also like” sections are not working on my site. I have turned related products on.
2. On pages like https://woodmart.xtemos.com/shop/furniture/panton-%d0%beunior-chair/ – how can I customise the tabs (Description, Additional Info, Reviews etc)? I want to have 3 custom tabs with my own information for each product (features, product variations, and downloads). Each of these must have their own unique content for each product in each of the 3 sections.
3. The WP Bakery Visual Composer plugin is not working. On some things like html blocks and products, it wont show at all, and it shows on pages but when I click on elements it does nothing.
4. How did you style the Contact Footer Widget (left bottom) on https://woodmart.xtemos.com/?

We are glad to know that you considered using WoodMart for your web-site. I hope you will be happy with it.
1. Maybe your products don’t have any related or cross-sels items. Here is an article that should help you https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/
2. These tabs come with WooCommerce plugin and there are no options in the Dashboard for them. You can do this only with additional customization. Read more information in the plugin’s documentation https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs/
3. Try to update our theme and Visual Composer plugin to the latest versions. Then, you can enable the drag & drop editor for all post types in Dashboard -> Role manager -> Post types.
4. Here is a source code for that widget. You can place it using “Text widget” in Appearance -> Widgets

EvolvetoGrowParticipant1. Thank you. But what is the section “You may also like” and how do I set that up?
2. I have seen that document and it is not possible to do what I want. Is there a way I can do this within your theme?
3. Roles are fixed, thank you, but the plugin still doesn’t work. I have just purchased the theme so it is the latest version and the plugin came with your theme and cant be updated. Can you check to see the issue? I have provided logins previously.

Artem TemosKeymaster1. This information is also described in that article. You need to set up upsells products.
2. Sorry, but there is no such option in our theme.
3. Be sure that you are running the latest version of our theme (1.7).

3. Ok. I just downloaded it again from Themeforest. You still have an old version there, so that is why I don’t have 1.7. Can you upload a copy to my server – you have the login details there. I can install it.

3. Seems that you didn’t upload the latest version. But our 1.7 includes 5.4.4 version of the Visual Composer. You just need update the theme firstly.

You tell me to get the latest version 1.7 of your theme, but you wont give it to me. I don’t understand why.
Once again I will repeat myself … I have purchased your theme from Themeforest, but you have AN OLD VERSION ON THERE. You need to either give me your theme, or put the correct version on Themeforest so I can download it. I need to get it somehow. Can you help me?

Artem TemosKeymasterSorry, we thought that you are talking about Visual Composer plugin. It is our mistake, our latest version is 1.6. And it is uploaded to themeforst. Sorry for the confusion.

It is working, but with some glitches. For example, see http://www.new.russman.com.au/wp-admin/post.php?post=44&action=edit and then click on the Downloads tab, then edit the icon.
When I try to add a link to the icon (open in new tab), and then press Set Link, instead of setting the link and allowing me to save it it just goes back to the Posts page in WP Admin.

EvolvetoGrowParticipantHad already cleared cache and it doesn’t work. Tried again.
I tried Chrome and it worked.
I use the Firefox browser. Can you test in that and see if it is due to Firefox?

Artem TemosKeymasterMaybe there is some issue in Firefox that probably will be fixed in the next update. For now, you can temporarily use Chrome.
