gizmomanParticipant1. login sidebar doesn’t work. It doesn’t appear on the side but on top of the header.
2. The theme doesn’t show sold out items on the home page or the recent-products page. However, when you have variable products in stock it doesn’t work. since variable item stock is controlled at the variable level and not at the product level for those items product qty will be 0 and theme just picks up this amount and not the stock level from the variable products. Woocommerce handles it correctly on its shop page.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin and FTP access so we can check it?
Thank you in advance
March 25, 2018 at 12:47 pm #48649
Artem TemosKeymasterCurrently, your website is not working for us
And we need your admin access as well.
March 25, 2018 at 3:59 pm #48687
gizmomanParticipantDone
March 25, 2018 at 4:04 pm #48689
Artem TemosKeymasterHi,
The admin password is wrong and we can’t access.
1. We don’t see the problem with the header that you shown on the screenshot.
2. Could you please send us an example product that we should test?
3. We can’t find it either.
March 25, 2018 at 4:12 pm #48691
gizmomanParticipantPlease check now
March 25, 2018 at 4:15 pm #48692
gizmomanParticipantI am not too bothered about the sidebar it works fine on a smart phone.
March 25, 2018 at 4:49 pm #48700
Artem TemosKeymasterHere is a CSS fix for the frequently purchased items
.owl-carousel-item-inner .product-grid-item { width:100%; }
And we can’t connect your FTP to debug the second issue.
March 25, 2018 at 5:27 pm #48709
gizmomanParticipantThanks. I am having issues accessing my cpanel at the moment. you don’t have to access my site to fix it. You can easily set up a variable product on your site and check the home page & recent products page.
March 25, 2018 at 5:49 pm #48722
gizmomanParticipantftp works now

Eric WatsonParticipantHello,
Sorry, but this access is also not working.
Kind Regards
XTemos StudioMarch 27, 2018 at 7:50 am #49073
Artem TemosKeymasterThis error happens because you have a lot of customization in the child theme that works with old version of the WooCommerce plugin. And now you have updated everything and that code is no more compatible with new WooCommerce. If you want, we can remove it and restore our original theme’s functions. Sorry, but fixing this is out of our theme support scope since it is related to additional code customization.
March 27, 2018 at 8:57 am #49100
gizmomanParticipantI can understand the home page issue if you are saying it due to the child theme customization. However, the recent-products page hasn’t been touched at all by any sort of customization. So it should at least work?
March 27, 2018 at 9:17 am #49107
Artem TemosKeymasterBut it has the same products element and that is why it was customized as well. You can try to switch to parent theme to see how it will work.
March 27, 2018 at 1:27 pm #49215
gizmomanParticipantOk. Thanks. my revolution slider on my home page stopped working recently on firefox. it works on every other browser. I use lazy load and it worked until 4-6 weeks ago. Since I don’t have the license and you do with them could you please raise this issue with them?
March 27, 2018 at 1:53 pm #49228
Artem TemosKeymasterSorry, but we can’t open a topic in Revolution Slider because we don’t have support for it. And it most likely caused by your custom plugins or some code. They will not help you with this.
March 27, 2018 at 2:16 pm #49233
gizmomanParticipantit was the lazy load. When I disabled it for the home page then it is fine. It is a bug with the slider I guess as it works ok on all the other browsers and worked before fine. There also threads online about it. Could you please let me know how to disable a slide just for the mobile. I have done it in the past and can’t remember now. Basically, I have 3 slides but only want to show on on the mobile page.
ThanksMarch 27, 2018 at 5:11 pm #49288
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
If you want to hide the whole slider on mobile you will need to hide the column on the certain view as shown here: http://prntscr.com/ix5bk6 and here: http://prntscr.com/ix5c23
If you want to hide a certain slide use this option: http://prntscr.com/ix5as5
This option is in Slider > slideBest Regards
March 27, 2018 at 7:24 pm #49341
gizmomanParticipantI do want the third option. but could you please let me know step by step how to get to that menu. I usually got the home page edit and then go the slider.
March 28, 2018 at 8:11 am #49436
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Here is step by step actions to hide a certain slide:
1. Enter the slider, you will see set of slides http://prntscr.com/ixeybw hover the necessary one and press “edit”
2. Choose the “General Settings” tab, and find “Hide on mobile” option, set it “ON” as shown http://prntscr.com/ixez8x
Best Regards

March 28, 2018 at 1:23 pm #49574
gizmomanParticipantWhy do I need to create new ones if I already got them on my home page which was created by you guys last year?
March 28, 2018 at 1:24 pm #49575
gizmomanParticipantyou got admin details you can always check
March 28, 2018 at 4:14 pm #49641
gizmomanParticipantSorry, try this password
March 28, 2018 at 4:14 pm #49642
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Referring to the provided screen I see that no slider has been created. I have failed to enter your site.
So, if you have the slider, enter the slide you want to hide on mobile and follow this instruction: Choose the “General Settings” tab, and find “Hide on mobile” option, set it “ON” as shown http://prntscr.com/ixez8xBest Regards
March 28, 2018 at 4:23 pm #49644
gizmomanParticipantLike I said before my site was created by you guys last year and I do have 3 slider on my home page. Please check it here. So I am not how it was done. So please log in and check
March 28, 2018 at 4:47 pm #49654
Artem TemosKeymasterSorry, our bad. This slider is created with WPBakery page builder using “Banners carousel” element. It is not a Slider Revolution.
