Few issues after updating the theme and plugins

I have purchased your theme. Really nice theme.
But got few issues after updating the theme and plugins, WooCommerce 5.5.2, WPBakery Page Builder 6.7.0. (It was working fine before updating)
1. Even though I have changed the appearance screenshot, it’s not working. https://i.snipboard.io/lIPFtm.jpg

3. Widget page is not loading. It’s empty. Error is display in the console. https://i.snipboard.io/rOg8Ju.jpg

Current WF version is 5.8. Could you please support me urgently as this is very critical and I have to submit this site to customer immediately?

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, switch the parent theme, and check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
if the problem remains, even after the plugins are deactivated, please, check your site admin access in the private area. I cannot log in.
Make the full backup of your site and confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

Thank you very much.
I have deactivated all the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme. Yes you are right. There is an issue with SG Security plugin which has provided by SiteGround hosting provider. But this plugin I installed early and there was no issue. It came once update the theme
But still theme information are not showing. Other issues are sorted.

When you enable the White label functionality, the theme information is absent.
Please ignore the error it does not influence the performance and we will fix it in our nearest update.

1. I have changed the appearance screenshot image on white label. But it has not changed on theme page. It worked well but, currently not working after theme update.

Suggestion : With your new update please consider admin option to change theme information as well, like developer website and company name etc.

We have fixed the issue with the screen and theme data.
You get the notification to update the theme and decide and update as soon as you decide and if you decide, there is no automatic update. WordPress is updated automatically, the theme is updated when you press “update”

There is another issue.
When I access the system as a guest (without login – turn off maintenance and see) and click on a product ‘select option’
