Files not download

Dear Support Team,

Hope you fine.
In our site we give files for free.
However when we click on “place order” files not download.
However it shows “Thank you. Your order has been received.”
We already uploaded zip files in upload section. However it not download.

Please help.

We tested it in twentysixteen.
Here also we get the same error.
No files download.

It means that the problem is not caused by our theme and connected to some of the installed plugins.

You can activate all plugins one by one to see which one causes this problem.
