I saw the screenshots you attached. To Add filter by color attribute to the filter form.
1) You need to create an HTML Block from Dashboard >> HTML Blocks.

2) And Use the Product filters module of the Wp-Bakery Page Builder inside it.

3) Then you need to add the shortcode of the HTML Block in the Shop Filter Area. From Theme Settings >> Shop >> Shop filters content type.

For the wishlist’s. Please deactivate all the third party plugins clear the cache then check back this will surely fix the issue.
