The Filter Button which is supposed to trigger the filter sidebar is not working for logged in users on mobile only.

Please help me fix this issue.

    Best regards,
    Martin

    Hello marreman,

Thank you so much for contacting our support center.

To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.

    Regards

    Hi Hung,

With the storefront theme, there is no filter button. It’s part of your theme.

I have linked the page where the button is affected. You can create a quick account to test it.

Please help, as this is an important feature.

    Best,
    Martin

    Hello marreman,

Could you please record a short video and describe how we can reproduce the issue on your website so we can check this for you?

    Thanks for your patience.

Please see the attached video. Note that this is only the case on mobile, and it can’t be simulated with Chrome’s Inspect tool.

I am very thankful for your help.

    Kind regards,
    Martin

    Hello marreman,

    Thanks for details.

I see tons of errors related to JS in Console log. You can check Private section.

I kindly recommend you to purge cache of CDN, disable WP Rocket plugin temporary and double check.

    Kind Regards,

    Hello Hung,

I cleared all caches and purged the CDN in WP Rocket – that didn’t work. I also completely disabled WP Roceket, that didn’t work either.

With “Private section”, do you refer to a part of your reply that only I can see? Because I don’t see anything else.

Any more ideas on how to solve this issue?

Thank you very much for your help.

    Best regards,
    Martin

I fixed it now by deactivating Jetpack Boost and specifically “Concentrate JS”.

    Thanks anyways for your help!
