Filter by Brand only displays items in single column?

Hello, i am encountering an issue with only one specific brand. When i try to filter by that brand the products are displaying ina single column, while when i try to filter with any other brand they are displayed as normal 3 per row as set. https://i.imgur.com/50t6lhz.png

I have visited your website. The issue is due to some closed and useless tags added to the product’s short descriptions.

Please edit each product from the brand ff group and make sure that you have removed closed and useless tags then clear cache and check back.

I have edited the first 5 products and removed the tags from there and the first row is displaying fine.

Thank you for looking into this Aizaz, i can see the first 5 items are looking great now but i am unsure on what you changed so i can change the remaining products.

For example, i have this short description (before): https://i.imgur.com/5PIljL0.png
And i changed it to this but i am getting the same result: https://i.imgur.com/PhIthnN.png

i removed the <div class=”p-t-10 p-b-10″> and the </div>. I also tried removing the icons all together and i still get the same result.

Your clarification on this would be greatly appreciated!

You are Most Welcome.

The issue was from the useless tags and unclosed tags you added to the short descriptions.

Please remove all the divs like <div class=”p-t-10 p-b-10″> and the </div> and make sure that you have closed all the tags correctly then check back.

This will surely fix the issues.

You can also try removing all the short descriptions of the products and then try adding them back correctly.

Note: You need to edit each product and remove the tags as I mentioned.

Hi @Aizaz Imtiaz Awan, I did remove all the tags from the short descriptions but i am still encountering the same problem. I even removed the short descriptions and reupload the images & also tried with no short description but the issue is still there.

These are the first two products on the one column list from which i removed the descriptions and uploaded the images locally:
