Filter by brand only show one brand

My filter bar only show one brand, but I have other brands and with products associated.
Anyone already have this problem?

Try to go to WooCommerce -> Status -> Tools and regenerate product lookup tables. It should fix the problem.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

The default themes for WordPress don’t have the widget to show the brands and filter brands (attributes in case).
Yes, WooCommerce has a filter widget. So you can put it on the sidebar and see how it works. It looks a bit different but the functionality is the same.
