Filter by brand widget not work

I keep trying to put the filter widget by brand filter on the shop page, but it doesn’t appear. am i wrong somewhere?
I disabled all the modules and code from the snippets and it still doesn’t work, I left you the data privately for verification.

Your issue has been resolved . check back your site after completely clearing the browser cache.

does not appear on the site, please check any category it not appear…filter by brand…see screenshoot
