    Hi,

    There is one strange issue we are facing on the site at the moment on price filter.

    The filter works fine when the page is loaded and we select some amount for example: I opened my category page, the current max limit is 270 -> I changed the max limit to 200 and clicked on filter button -> the results are fine -> when I again change the filter to max limit that is 270 then the page shows error “No products were found matching your selection.” and in URL the no value is passed in the string “?min_price=&max_price=” can you please look into this and let me know what could be the cause.

    Hi,

    I think you haven’t replicated the case that I mentioned, I have attached the screen recording for your reference.

    So to replicate please follow below steps:

    1. Open any category page or open – https://kenpoly.liquidbubble.co.ke/product-category/household/
    2. Change the filter to some amount lets keep it – Price: Kshs10 — Kshs9,250 Range and click on filter button (do not change the min limit only change max limit)
    3. Now drag the filter to max limit – Price: Kshs10 — Kshs10,910 – and click on filter button (do not change the min limit only change max limit)

    The page shows the error that I mentioned in my first mail with screenshot.

    Can you please look into this.

    Hi,

    Yes, you can do your test cases by deactivating plugins, this is our staging site. But please keep note of the changes that you make.

    Hi it-1760,

    You can fix it by applying patch #595716. To do this, go to Dashboard > WoodMart > Patcher, find the corresponding patch and click on the Apply button. Let us know if it works for you.
