I saw the screenshot you attached and visited the links you provided.

Sorry but there is no such option in Theme Settings available for that the user in the links you provided seems to be using some customizations for it to happen.

Sorry, but we could not help you with this as It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
