Filter does not show everything

I have set filters based on attributes, but not all of them are shown. How can I solve that?

Make sure that all attributes are assigned to the products, if so, they should shown in the sidebar.

I have just solved it by Regenerate the lookup table for product attributes in woocommerce plugin.
