Filter in the shop sidebar always closed

Hi,

I have already turn the filter is always on (see the attached file)

However, it is always OFF.

How could I fixed it ?

Go to Theme Settings > Product Archive > Widgets > disable Shop sidebar widgets collapse.

Go to Theme Settings > Product Archive > Widgets >choose the disable option for Shop sidebar widgets collapse. Now I have chosen the disable and all the widgets are opened. Check bak your site.
