Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
Woocommerce filters work only on the shop/category pages. If you want to show the filters on any you will need to configure the custom filters, you can find the detailed instruction on how to add here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/create-filters-form/
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Best Regards

ChristianParticipantHi,
The filter is on the shop page but it is not displaying the filter when clicking the filters button. I don’t need to have a custom filter because it is on the shop page already.
This is a shop page.

ChristianParticipantAttached an image here. I added a filters form but still, the Filters button doesn’t show anything unlike on category page.

ChristianParticipantHere is the step by step to replicate the issue. https://staging.zipadooagency.hemsida.eu/st01/
STEP 1: Click “Visit Site” on wordpress admin. It will redirect you to the homepage.
STEP 2: On menu, hover over “Vara Butiker” and click “About our Story”. It is one the shops.
STEP 3: Click on the “Filters” button. It doesn’t show anything.Thank you.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Woocommerce filters work only on the Shop and Product category pages. They do not appear on other pages. You can check that on any default theme and see the same.
Best Regards

ChristianParticipantHi,
How can I make it appear on the other pages? And why does the “Sort By” dropdown filter works on “other” pages? Thanks.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Sort by is the Woocommerce functionality and it appears on the shop and product categories pages only.
In order to have something in the Filters on the screen, you need to add the widgets in the Appearance > Widgets > Filters widget area.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Best Regards

ChristianParticipantHi,
That doesn’t work either. I’m wondering if the Filters only work on category pages and shop page, why is the “Filters” button are in the “other” pages?

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
This is the customized page. The default WordPress pages do not have Woocommerce filters and sorting.
