The filters are performing very slow, while the server should have more then enough performance.

It takes about 4 seconds to get the filter ready.
But sometimes I also get “pjax error timeout” and then the pages refreshes (in that case we have 2 times a slow process).

Are the filters made efficient and are the filters cached/indexed in an efficient wat?
Or are the default WordPress methods used for querying with the filters?

    Hello,

In this case, is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can have a look at the settings on your website, please?

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back.

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

Please clone your website and move it to the staging platform so I can investigate the issue there and in such a way your main website will not be affected.

    But what about the question:

Are the filters made efficient and are the filters cached/indexed in an efficient wat?

    Hello,

In general, our filter functionality comes from WooCommerce so they should be efficiently cached/indexed.

Let me know if you have any questions.

    Kind Regards
