Filter query "and" doesn't work for same attribute

Hello,
when we select Size: 45 it shows 20 products, when we select 45.5 in filter (bar shows 45, 45.5 size filters) and shows only 15 products, and when third filter 46 appears shows only 5 products. How can we fix this? We want that if 45 have 20 products, 45.5 have 15 products, 46 have 10 products, when we add all 3 filters it would show 45 products.
I think this filter our only products that have all 3 values. We need that it will filter only products with this values, it should filter even they doesn’t have all 3 values.

Product filters are standard WooCommerce functionality. Our theme doesn’t influence the algorithm of how it should work. We can’t change this behavior in our theme’s core.
