shamsjoha3ParticipantHi, I’ve Installed the prebuilt theme of makeup and in the mobile view the left sidebar of filter isn’t showing like the demo. I have attached the screenshot of the problem and the demo version. Please help me fix this. So far I’ve only tried adding my own company logo in the header and footer section but now even after removing both the problem persists in mobile.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
01. Navigate to Layouts > Edit Layout with Elementor and add the off canvas columns button in the layout. You should have 2 columns and one of them should have the Column role for the off-canvas layout option.
You can read more here https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/custom-off-canvas-sidebar/02. To change the mobile logo, Navigate to WoodMart > Header builder > edit default header (highlighted star icon) or you can go through the admin bar directly https://prnt.sc/Ct9ehRDvvDV9. Switch to mobile Header > Hover on the Logo element, click on the Pencil icon to edit it https://prnt.sc/TQpL8DqtyVSi to change the Logo.

shamsjoha3ParticipantThat didn’t solve the issue as the off canvas button was already there. So I have reset the theme and start from scratch with wp reset, is there any other way to reset just the prebuilt makeup theme not the whole wood Mart theme?
Now I have a different problem. In the current theme if you filter a product and then reload the whole page breaks. Please kindly give me a solution to this. I have attached a screenshot.Attachments:

shamsjoha3ParticipantFor example if I visit https://meantbeautybd.com/shop from a different browser and apply any sort of filter and then reload the page, the whole page breaks. I have attached the link and few images to demonstrate the issue.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Maybe there is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

shamsjoha3ParticipantHi Aizaz, Thank you so much for your continuous help. I found the issue to be Lightspeed Cache plugin. I’ve heard it’s very important for speed. So how do i fix this without losing performance? your help is much appreciated.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
It seems to be a cache problem. Sometimes, issues with caching plugins can be resolved by adjusting the plugin’s settings. You can try reactivating LiteSpeed Cache and carefully reviewing its configuration options to see if there are any settings causing conflicts. Make sure it’s configured correctly for your specific setup.
If you want to continue using LiteSpeed Cache and can’t resolve the issue on your own, consider reaching out to LiteSpeed’s support for assistance. They might be able to help you troubleshoot and configure the plugin correctly.
Best Regards
