FILTER SIDEBAR ISSUE

Hello,
I’m build a page for men sneakers on elementor and I set a sidebar on the left of the products in order to place the product filters. When I choose the siderbar I want it doesn’t appear. I’ve tried all the sidebars available, I change all the widgets and checked them again and again. I even contacted elementor support and after many technicial searching for the issue they all end up to woodmart. So they suggested me to contact with you to find a solution for why non of the siderbars work.
