If you want to add your widgets to the special filters area on the shop page (as from the WoodMart documentation) you need you to add them to the Shop filters widget area. Also, enable it in Theme Settings -> Product archive -> Filters area.

actually my theme is hitek,
i sent you woodmart link, cause i didn’t find the hitek one.
Same procedure for this theme too?

the filters (the image is cropped but there are) are also present in the area you told me now.

Also, you need to enable theme sidebar for Dokan in the plugin settings. If you have difficulties configuring Dokan vendor pages, please, contact plugin developers for help on this matter.

The page you need is generated by Dokan. You need to refer to the plugin documentation or contact its support for help on how to display WordPress widgets there.
