Filtering issue after search

Hello!

If you search “116” on search and view all results.
If you apply filter: Samsung
And after that on the third filter choose one filter its return no results.

Like the filters are not indexing each other.

any solution?

The counter says 1 but the results are 0

For e.g: You are searching 116 keywords plus samsung attributes, then you can see 3 products belong to Samsung https://prnt.sc/tWMqttTw3gW4

Then, you wanted to combine “116”, “samsung” plus with other products / attributes so there are no products match conditions.

Yeah that correct but as you can see if you apply
Samsung
and then
ES4132dn

You will see 0 results but the counter said 1.
The filters doesnt update after 1 filter applied.

We are testing these option but the situation get worst.

The others just gone. And the counter is 0.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

This functionality shouldn’t be affected by our theme, by default.

Wait this filters are from woodmart. We are working with woodmart so this option doesnt make sense to us.

Take a look again. Because we need relevansi and the theme supported it.

Actually, the Widgets that are being used related to Filters are the default WooCommerce filter widgets. The Theme has just overridden their styling and wrapping not their functionality. They work exactly as WooCommerce widgets.

So, you need to test this concern once with the default WP theme like Storefront activated on your Site and then check back the concern again to get better idea regarding this.

We tested that and doesnt work. We use storefront and nothing change. Also filters are not available.

Sorry for late response due to I am still checking it.

I switched to Storefront theme and it still doesn’t work https://prnt.sc/q0hTUX9NTuB0 which means this is non-related theme issues as I explained before.

However, I am regenerating product attributes to see if it works, I will keep you updated on this.
