    Hello,
If you use inspect option on desktop, than it works, if you use actuall mobile phone, it doesn’t work.
Also, if you use inspect option from the start as mobile, (not only when you load the page),on guest account, than you can see it is not working.
Please check again on mobile phone

    Hello,
The filters are not working on any of our phones (diferent brands Android) and google browser. I’m sending you the link in private content so you can see video from the phone. Icon just turns grey after click and nothing happens after multiple clicks.

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will further check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards,

    Hello,
I’ve deactivated all the plugins and established that Rank Math SEO is the problem.
I’ve been using this plugin from the start and never have any issues. Why is the problem now?
Can you help me fix this?

    #687213

    Hello,

Sometimes, issues with plugins can be resolved by adjusting the plugin’s settings. You can try reactivating the plugin and carefully reviewing its configuration options to see if there are any settings causing conflicts. Make sure it’s configured correctly for your specific setup.

If you want to continue using this plugin and can’t resolve the issue on your own, consider reaching out to plugin’s support for assistance. They might be able to help you troubleshoot and configure the plugin correctly.

    Best Regards,
