Filters not applying on mobile

    Hi everyone, I have two problems, one of which is urgent.

    1. When opened on mobile, products page filters does not work. I am using product attributes for filtering in expanding sidemenu. When I click on any of the filters, it does not apply anything, but refreshes the page. Not even price filter, brand filter, or any of the attributes is working.
    The problem is not present on desktop view. Even on desktop mobile emulator via F12 it works, but not on mobile phone.

    2. Second problem is that I have enabled two columns products in the theme settings to display on the main page, but currently only one is displayed.

    Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

    01. I have visited your site on mobile and checked the filters on the shop page and they are working fine.

    02. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will check and give you a possible solution.

    I have checked your site again on a mobile device, and filters are showing fine.

    I recommend clearing your browser cache/ site cache/server cache while checking the issue. If you still face the problem, please let me know which device and browser you are using so I can investigate further.

    Hello,

    I don’t know how is that possible, but the situation stays the same.
    I cleared server and website’s cache, tried on five different mobile devices. Three iphones and two android phones, each one tested with Brave, Chrome, Safari browsers even with incognito mode, the problem remains!!!

    Please assist.
