Filters Not Completely Working

Some of our filters are not showing the correct number of items with that attribute. I have a video recording attached. For example, the sandpaper attribute has 100 items and the filter technically shows all 100 items but the filter shows the number 78 instead. Same with the attribute mesh. There are 0 products with that attribute but the filter shows the number 22.
