    To assist you in the best possible manner, I kindly ask that you provide me temporary FTP info (server, username, password, port) to Private Content area, I need to enable debug log and this will allow me to thoroughly investigate and address your concerns in a more efficient.

    How is the situation? Have you accessed FTP?
    There seems to be a site display error at the moment.
    Did you do something with the “Digicra” plugin?

    I tried few times but it still doesn’t work.

    Also, the issue caused by the Dokan plugin. I just deactivate plugins only, please check FTP account again or provide me hosting account, I can access to Cpanel and get the site back to normal.

    I logged in in recovery mode and enabled the Dokan plugin.
    However, no products are displayed.
    When I check the “Images” category, nothing is displayed, so please fix this.

    Also, regarding the FTP information, it appears that the “Port number” has not been entered in the screenshot you shared.
    I have also shared the correct FTP information.

    We are experiencing various issues due to disabling the Dokan plugin.
    I am unable to log in to registered vendors.
    Login information is listed in private content.

    Our developer tried to deactivate Dokan plugin and faced fatal error. And the FTP account still didn’t work. Please check FTP account again so we can check more deeply.

    When the Dokan plugin is disabled, the digicra plugin used for customization is affected and an error occurs. We have temporarily disabled the digicra plugin, so no errors are occurring.

    We have also listed the FTP information in the private content again.

    The information here is correct.

    Thanks for details.

    When plugin digicra is disabled, both issues have been resolved.

    Unfortunately, it requires complicated customization to make it work, which is out of our basic support.
