Filters not working and displaying the new populated atrributes

IHi I have set up my filters as in the documentation, have categories and attributes and in shop filters, turned this on and set up the html block, but its not showing.. its driving me mad.. can anybody think of a reason why?

When Custom Layouts enabled Archive pages which is why your made changes under the Theme Settings aren’t taking effect on that. Please edit the layout with page builder and customize it as per your requirements.

Or try to disable the custom layouts for archive pages and check the issue.
