Filters problem

Dear Support,

i have two question.
I want to create new page called “products-on-sale”. I am creating it with elementor.
I want to add “Shop Page Widget Area” to custom page.
I tried to add it when i create new page, pick sidebar on the left and choose “Shop Page Widget Area” and also tried while creating in elementor to pick “sidebar” and choose “Shop page widget area” and add it in left column.
Both case i got empty sidebar. Also, tried to “customize” desired page, and choose Widgets, Shop page widget area and still empty.

Second question is, can i add filter by category on side bar. I can add all categories names but i want to just add specific categories on different brand or category shops. Example if you are on category Men > Man Clothes > Man shirt’s i want to show only filters from Man Clothes or Men (not from Women and their subcategories Women Clothes, Women shoes etc).

The default Shop page widget area and Woocommerce filters work on shop/product category pages only.
