    Hello,

I have this page, created using the Layouts and apparently since 2 weeks ago, the filters are not longer working on it.
It was also reported by customers.

    Hello,

I have visited your site and checked the filters. It is working fine.
    See Screenshot for clarification:

Check back your site after completely clearing the browser cache and check the issue.

    Best Regards.

And I am testing now from Safari Desktop and not working. I don’t get any dropdown, but If I press FILTER, the page refreshes and after that I can access it

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the valid WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards.

    Amazing.

    “Thanks” for all the support.
I should deactivate my entire website now.

    Hello,

I understand your frustration. Please deactivate the plugins not related to the theme first, and see if the issue is resolved. If the problem persists, please provide the WP valid admin login details, and I’ll investigate further to find a solution. Thank you for your patience.

    Best Regards.

I was expecting at least to try to see what was the issues, before asking me to put the website in Maintenance Mode for x hours.

Disabling all the 3rd party plugins is not that easy to do and impacts a lot our businesses, so I can assure a short check from your side before recommending that, would be really appreciated.

    Hello,

In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such experiments without any harm to your production website.

The below article will help you to create it:

    Best Regards.
