This is the way it works, when a user enters the site only email is taken. The user can add the other information later in his account.

Oк. It is very strange, the first and last name is available information and everyone has access to this information through social networks. It’s a shame you weren’t able to implement this feature.. Usually users edit their profile very abruptly and no one adds a name later.

Our dev team integrates a feature basing on the existing one. When a user registers in the default Woocommerce form, there is no option to insert the name and last name, this data should be added later. Facebook login is made in the same way. Moreover, Facebook names are often fake, which may confuse them.

Ок. I had to install the WooCommerce Social Login plugin recommended by the WooCommerce team. He pulls up the first and last name from the social account.
