First load too slow

Hi, my website is very slow, and it does not have too many images or too much pages. It even has nice score on gtmetrix, but it is still slow. It takse up to 10 seconds on first load. I tried everything I could find on internet. Could you help with this ?

Please, update the theme to the latest 5.3.3 version firstly. Then check how it works.

Also, test how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not.

Hi, I did what you told me, activated theme twenty twenty and I get amazing score with that theme and with woodmart the page load is doubled in seconds, screenshots are attached. What am I supposed to do now ?

Please, switch to the default theme and disable all extra plugins so we can check its loading time.
