As far as I understand you mean the popup. Please disable it in the Theme Settings > shop page > Promo popup.

Turning off plugins is not the solution. I already have the most common 4 or 5 plugins. the problem stems from the theme.

Enable plugins that are required for our theme and disable cache and optimization.

doing this problem after clearing the cache. doesn’t show later

wprocket improvements might be making this error. You say use wp rocket on every subject. what should we do?

You need to disable Optimize CSS delivery option in WP Rocket to fix this.
