First thumbnail height changes when variation is selected

I have a variable product with 3 images, all the same size (800×1200).
In the product page, if none of the variations is selected all the thumbnails have the same size. When a variation is selected, the height of the first thumbnail changes. Check the attachment.
How can I fix this?

Hi,
It happens because you are using a hard crop option for your shop catalog images. Disable this option in Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> WooCommerce -> Product images.
