themassapothecaryParticipantOn variable product pages, how can we fix the anchor the add to cart button (select options) scrolls to? Right now it scrolls to the bottom of product images/top of short description. It should scroll to the variation swatches. Example page to check on mobile- https://massapothecary.com/barneys-botanicals-delta-9-gummies/

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
I would like to request temporary admin access so I can look at the settings there better.
Thank you for your time.
Kind Regards

themassapothecaryParticipantI don’t really see the need for admin access for this situation. What settings can affect this? I have product pages built with gutenberg, elementor, or just using default woodmart layouts. All have the same issue whether on mobile or desktop. I added admin temp access though.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Locally on my end, it works well so that is why I asked for access. May I disable 3rd party plugins and enable the parent for testing?
I await your response.
Kind Regards

themassapothecaryParticipantPlease take a video showing what you mean by “it works well” on your end. I have checked on 7 different devices and it behaves the same on all of them.

themassapothecaryParticipantHere is a quick recording. You’re saying when you press the sticky select options button that it doesn’t bring you to the same point on the product page?

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Okay, it looks like it happens when you have a long description. Add an empty container above the variations and add the
elementor-widget-woocommerce-product-title
class, then it should scroll to it.Kind Regards

themassapothecaryParticipantThis doesnt work unfortunately.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
In your case, in order to make it work, you need to replace the Title element that you use on mobile with the same one you use on desktop. Either move the current Title element closer to the price.
I await your response.

themassapothecaryParticipantWhy not just actually fix the problem? There are no reasons why the anchor should be the product title. It should be the variation swatches or the add to cart button.
Please check whatever theme file this code is so I can overwrite it. I want it to work how it should not with a temporary band aid fix please.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
We will fix that issue in our future updates. At the moment, unfortunately, we don’t have another fix for this problem so the developer’s team investigating it.
Kind Regards
