HI, I would like to fix this problem that google page speed recommends. but I have no idea where and how to fix it .please help me and give instructions. thanks

thanks for the reply, I think I might be the cache plugin problem. I use wp-rocket disable Breeze and purge CDN, Disable wp-rocket, and the page speed load time problem gone.
