01. I have checked your site and purged the cache from LiteSpeed, and the mega menus are showing fine.

Check back your site after completely clearing the cache and check the issue.

02. Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?
