Fixing the error 404 problem of Loco Translate plugin

I want to translate the template from English to Swedish
The problem I have is when I select the Swedish language I get a 404 error

I did these things, but the problem was not solved
1- Enter Permalink Settings and on Post name I put
2- The interference of plugins was checked
3- I gave 755 and 775 permission to the files that need to be added

I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin once
