Floating cart loading error

The cart that appears from the menu icon, when I place it in dropdown, when entering with a user who has products in the cart, does not load unless you add another product. attached image

What do you recommend I do?

Thanks for details.

I tested on local and it worked well. You are using at least 3 cache plugins plus CDN https://prnt.sc/CdHy6ii5zN33. Using too many cache plugins may caused conflicts issues.

Please disable cache plugins, clear browser, CDN cache and check again.
