Floating filter widget on scroll on mobile devices

Hello,
is it possible to make a floating filter widget in the theme (as shown in the attached video) or do i need to integrate a 3rd party plugin for this

You can enable floating filter – sticky icon on the left – in the Theme Settings > Product Sidebar – Sticky off canvas sidebar button -Display the filters button fixed on the screen for mobile and tablet devices.

Thank you for your reply. I have enabled the sticky off canvas sidebar button but i can’t seem to set it on my site.
1) can i set it on individual page(s) and not set on other
2) i am using jet smart filters for my product filters, how can i implement with that or will i have to use the theme’s sidebar option
3) any detailed tutorial to set it on mobile and tablet devices
