Floating titles/words

is possible to create floating letters or title? Do you suggest any plug in?

(please see link at middle page, black stripe with “get 15% off….”)

You need to add Pop up element from the WP bakery page builder and configure it. You will be able to insert any content inside: newsletter form or contact form

If you scroll a bit you will see a black stripe with text “get 15% off….”, I mean that.

Our theme does not provide the option. You will have to find a plugin. We cannot recommend as we have not tested any.
