Follow/unfollow and header text colour

Hi there,

just need help with a couple of things.
1. the follow/unfollow button is huge. I have found the padding is what seems to be the issue in the css although changing it still didnt really align the button with the other buttons.
2. the my account and other links in the header are REALLY hard to see and i just want to know how to change their colour/size?
