Font awesome icons

Hi!

Please precise why font awesome icons are not showing in front end when I am using such HTML code:

<i class=”fa fa-phone”></i> <span style=”color: #ffffff;”> Telefons</span>

For example how to make visible this arrow icon <i class=”fas fa-up-down”></i> Auga augstums: 15-20 cm

Thank you, however from free icons I see this one I could use but I can’t see it in the front end when I insert this code in short text description: <i class=”fa-solid fa-up-down”></i> why so?

Sure. Please see attached. For product https://irrigation.lv/shop/jaunstadi/dianthus-caryophyllus-code-pink-2/ in the short description I have to add a list of icons and some of them are showing, but some aren’t and all those are free icons. So the one which is not showing in this case now is <i class=”fa-solid fa-up-down”></i> before text “Auga augstums”. Why so?

I tried also : <i class=”fas fa-up-down”></i> but same problem.

Most likely the issue is caused by different versions of the FontAwesome integrated in the builder you use.

What would be the solution? Because it’s super important for my client – to see the icons for almost all products.

This icon allows showing all the icons.

You will need to create a template with columns to align icon with the text.
