Font-awesome icons not displaying

    I have setup my website using the WoodMart theme but the Font-awesome icons are not displayed correctly, can you please help?

    Hello,

    Sorry to hear about the inconvenience.

    To use the Font Awesome Icons correctly on your Site, try adding fas fa- before a Font Awesome Icon class.

    For example Something like this fas fa-shopping-cart.

    Hi thanks for your response.
    this solution has worked for the icons I have inserted as html and used in the page footer (mobile, email, copyright etc), however, in the page header I want to display the Facebook social media icon. This html is auto generated by the woodmart theme and so I have now control over this unless I edit the theme files which doesnt seem like the right thing to do. The ‘Scroll To Top’ icon is also not displayed.

    Sorry to say but we have confirmed from the Test Site, under the Header Social Buttons element was used and the Social Icons were appearing fine there: https://ibb.co/HN71Y5n

    Also, the Scroll to Top button was also appearing fine there.

    Can you please provide valid WP-ADMIN Login details of your Site in the below listed format on which you are facing the issue so that we can look after the mentioned issue on your Site and assist you accordingly?

    Hello,

    There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved.

    Otherwise, keep the 3rd party plugin deactivated and let me know so I will check and solve the issue.
