font awesome icons not showing

Hi I firstly want to say that although Im very new to wordpress the woodmart theme has to be the most user frindly theme I have had experience with espescially your patcher feature to update things.
The reason I need your support is basically after installing woodmart the fa icons dont seem to show.
I really hope you can advise me on this issue

That issue is usually caused by a cache or incorrect HTTP and HTTPS configuration: https://domain.com is the actual site URL, however, http://domain.com is used in Dashboard > Settings > General. In this case, it is necessary to configure URLs correctly or clear the cache and check again.
If the issue remains, deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
If the issue still remains, share the WP login details of your site so I will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

just to let you know i tried your suggestions but had no luck the icons still wont show
