font awesome in menu

Hi,
May I know why I cant add a font awesome icon to the menu item in the screenshot? What is the difference between the one that shows the “heart” and the one that dont show the “hat-santa” font name?
I dont know what I am missing.

Yes. In the meantime I noticed that I used a paid font and this was the reason for not showing.
