First of all, please save the Theme Settings.

Then save permalinks in Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks.

Make sure you have configured mirror URL. When you insert domain.com you are redirected to https://domain.com you will see the icons.

3. Add HTML ID shortcode into the After Add to cart button area.
