Font problem

i have changed the font in TYPOGRAFY but remain old font, why?
All plugin are only for the theme, why remain Karla or Lora font?

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

Remove all the styles from style.css of the child theme and set the fonts in the Theme Settings > Typography.

I have tested the fonts settings work properly.

All the settings should be done in the Theme Settings. If you add a custom CSS, you should add it into the Theme Settings > Custom CSS.
