chnprintParticipantmy WooCommerce store where every time the page is refreshed, the font weight seems to jump, causing a flashing effect. This happens every time the page refreshes, and it lasts for a short time.
Problem description:
The font weight changes during page refresh, creating a disjointed visual effect.
This is especially noticeable during the initial page load, and the font returns to normal once the page is fully loaded.
Any suggestions on how to fix it?
Thanks in advance for your help!September 23, 2025 at 1:22 pm #687676
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
It seems to be a caching issue. Please purge your site cache, browser cache, and CDN cache, and check the site to confirm if the issue persists.
Additionally, navigate to Theme Settings > Performance > Preloader and enable it. This way, the preloader will show until the entire page is fully loaded, improving the user experience.

chnprintParticipantHello,
I have already tried the suggested steps:
Cleared site cache, browser cache, and CDN cache.
Tested again in incognito mode.
The issue still persists. Specifically:
On page refresh, the font weight still jumps, creating a flashing/disjointed effect.
When opening a page for the first time, both sides of the screen also flash inward for a very short time.
I would like to solve this fundamentally, not just by using a preloader. If necessary, I can even switch to system default fonts to ensure stability.
To clarify: this is not about the font itself changing (no FOUT/FOIT issue), but rather the font weight rendering that appears inconsistent during load.
Could you please advise if this could be related to how font weights are being loaded (e.g., multiple weights, variable fonts, or fallback weight rendering), and whether there’s a way to enforce stable weight rendering during initial load?
Thank you in advance.September 26, 2025 at 12:22 pm #688206
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP login details, so I can check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards,
