Now, how do I do it with footer?
How do I have on the English page – the footer at English language ?
and on the Portuguese page – the footer at Portuguese language ?

Loco Translate rewrites the site into one single language, for example from English to German or French or other.

In order to make a multilingual site, you need another plugin, for example, WPML or other.
