Good afternoon.
On footer I have “About us”.
If I enter from Home page – redirected to https://sektorcorkportugal.com/sektor-cork-portugal/.

But if I go to see the product and then I want to see “About us” on the footer, then it shows then it shows that the page is not found.

Why ? What’s wrong ?

Hello,

I saw the screenshot you attached and visited your website.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins, clear the cache and check back. If the problem continues then leave the plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details of the website then we will troubleshoot with default plugins.

Hello,
I’ve done everything but the problem is still there.
But only “About us” does not open from the Blog or a product page.

One more question – to enter my site as an administrator this appears:
https://sektorcorkportugal.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fsektorcorkportugal.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1 ??????????

It should be like this: https://sektorcorkportugal.com/wp-admin/ Correct ?

I provided the admin panel login.

Hello,

I have logged into your website and all the third party plugins are still activated. Please deactivate all the third party plugins and let me know then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

Sorry but this is not related to our theme because the permalinks are controlled by wordpress itself and our theme doesn’t influence.
