Hi there,
I cannot make the custom footer work.

Can you please assist?

The other way is to add HTML Block to the footer widget area. To do this you need to choose the “Single Column” layout and add there a widget called Woodmart HTML Block. You can create this block using all the elements and layouts of the WPBakery Page Builder plugin or Elementor in HTML Blocks -> Add New.

I tried these instructions without any luck.

Which HTML block relate to footer, please, give its title and ID

Then add HTML block and chose the HTML block you have created for the footer: https://gyazo.com/d77f58e87557aac850f4c645d6c7389b

I have already added HTML widget, just select the appropriate HTML block.
