It’s always to be white even you set to transparent. You should change color of menu items as well.

As per Envato’s terms and conditions, 1 license can be used exclusively for 1 live, active project. This means that each project, website, or domain requires its own unique license. Using a single license for multiple projects or domains violates the license agreement and may result in restrictions on future updates, support, and other services associated with the theme.

So there is no way to make it transparent? Really appreciate if you could add this feature.
Its really important as for footer I will be using a png with transparent background.

To set a transparent color for the footer, you need to set the opacity to 0 in the color control value for the footer
